Whether you're a football fan, a disco fanatic or just like to have a good time, Sol Event is organising an extraordinary charity evening…

IN FAVOUR OF

LE COPAIN is a non-profit organisation and its operating budget depends on the generosity of the public. Each contribution enables it to work towards its objectives : to give a free assistance dog to a child or adult suffering from a motor handicap or epilepsy.

A service dog costs CHF 25,000 and this amount includes :

- the crucial phase of the 2-month-old puppy's placement in a foster home, while being surrounded by regional monitors. The aim is to familiarise the puppies with the outside world (crowds, noises, shops, public transport, the cinema and other animals, etc.) and to condition their abilities to assimilate the training phase.

- at the age of about 15-18 months, the dogs leave their foster family to follow a 6-month full-time training course at the Swiss Assistance Dog Training Centre in Grenchen (Valais).

At the end of the training, allocation decisions are made : only obedient, calm and loving dogs will be given to a disabled person.
This future four-legged companion will give them back their autonomy and the hope of finding an active social life.

On the programme : Aperitif dinner, Champions League final on a giant screen and, to finish in style, DISCO FEVER with DJ Maverick and DJ Frederic until the end of the night !
Make your evening a committed gesture ! All the profits from this event will be donated to the association "Le Copain", which gives these assistance dogs to the most needy.
